Basic Workout For A Teen Girl?

I'm 15 years old, 5' 1" tall and weigh 115 lbs. I kind of need to lose weight and lose it FAST, for the school's cheer leading.
I need some fast but challenging workouts I can do at home in my spare time.
I've to tone the areas from my shoulders down, at least.
My Answer
For a teen girl like you, the basic workout consists of cardio exercise, strength training (using weights like dumbbells or using your own body weight) and stretching.
Consistently do these 3 exercises for say 6-8 weeks, to get results. It could be longer- it depends on your body condition and how much excess fat you've.
And eat healthily too.
I don't know of any other "fast" ways to lose weight. There's definitely no short cut here. Exercise and a healthy diet is the best and the healthiest combination to go.
