Best Workout Song
Is It One That Powers Up
Your Workout And Enhances Result?

Your best workout song? One that's jam-packed with adrenaline-rushing tunes to keep you moving on? Or what?

Actually, I shouldn't say "best", I shoud say "favorite" instead.......

Because your"best" song may not be my "best" or your friend's "best".........

We're all different, so different flavors, diffrent preferences for workout songs.

And how about this? We always think that what we listen to is OK, whether dorky or good since it's just between us, our ears and our feet.

Not anymore.

Time's changed, girls......

Research confirms that music affects our mind, body and spirit. Physiological changes actually take place within our body when we listen to music and as far as exercise is concerned, it creates a rush within us that catapults us to achieve our exercise goals.

And music does positively influence exercise and mental alertness. I get the most kick out of my brain - working out while listening to my best workout song. The best enjoyment ever!

It's "adrenaline gushing" to have songs that pack powerful punches and extra kicks to keep me going in my workout.....

Booming, power-charged, high-energy kind of tunes that make me want to lift, kick and leap....That makes me want to pump up my heart rate higher.........

I'm sure you too want inspiring music while working out, while trying to "turn your flab into slabs"?

Oh.....you really need it when working out solo!

The music keeps you company, provides uplifting tunes, kicks your workout up a notch or two, mellows things out a bit , or you simply get inspired to head out the door....

Of course, the right songs make working out so much fun and so much more effective.

Oo...Soon, you'll have a body like ...well, like someone who's been working out for a while. And who says you need Denise Austin, Kathy Smith?........

Come on, download your best workout songs unto iPod, MP3, CD....Turn them on, thump down your feet, punch up your arms and off you go!

Some songs are specifically designed for working out and can improve your performance and reduce the risk of injury .

My recommendation - avoid injury by selecting your best workout songs with the right kind of beats per minute (BPM). It's useful to gauge whether the songs are too fast (where you could hurt yourself) or too slow (where you might not get as effective a workout).

Get tuned to these BPMs:

  • Up to 145 BPM - walking, jogging, running and other intense cardios
  • Up to 126 BPM - step aerobics
  • 120 - 135 BPM - toning exercise, beginner cardio

You must be wondering how to figure out the BPMs of your best workout songs?

Easy, just listen for the song's main beats and count the beats per minute as you snap your fingers.

Don't want to do that even?

OK, I've got merchants who have done all the work for you - you don't need to count the BPM. Smile......
