Celeb Fitness And Health
Are They Packaged Differently?

No......Celeb Fitness and Health are no Different from the Fitness Stuff we do

They still need to exercise and eat healthy.......

Oh.....Ah....Oh.....Ah..........

For once, how's this for a fabs deal?

I'll give you celebs with hot bodies and great looks that come with "hot tips" - how to exercise and get into those envious shapes quickly.....

And you stay on with the fantastic sexy shapes, looking great all the time?..........

Just banking on some celeb fitness and health tips?

Yes, I'm Going to Talk about Celeb Fitness and Health....

You know, the kind of fitness and health regimen celebs go through to get that real sexy, sensational-looking bodies.

I'm not a big fan of any celebs nor am I smittened with their great looks and sexy, fantastic bodies......

But one thing I do notice about them, and I admire and take my hat off them, is this-

When comes to fitness, exercise and eating right, they're good practitioners and followers. They've fabulous positive, forward-looking attitude, which help them tons in achieving results.

You can say: "They've no choice because they need to look good on and off screen because fans expect them to look like that!

Or

"Their movie roles demand them to keep trim and slim and healthy!"

Well, aren't all of us, though not celebs, expected to do the same when comes to the mighty important subject of health and fitness?

Sadly, we d...o..n'..t.....That's quite true, for me, at least (once upon a time)......

I'm not saying that we're at fault, but somehow or rather, our lackluster response to fitness and exercise and healthy eating is always that - lackluster.

We don't seem enthuse about keeping ourselves in good health, let alone exercise and eat right!

I guess we just want to "gawk" at celebs' bodies but we don't want to "catch-up" with celeb fitness and health.

OK, enough of us not doing the right thing........

Back to Celeb Fitness and Health

I want to clear some airs here about celebs -

One, they're just like us - many aren't born with perfect bodies or good looks.

Two, you and I always want to know "what it is" they've that make them look so good. Well, some of them might have "it" but most of them don't have "it" - they work hard to get "it".

Three, they eat (junk food) and sleep and drink like we do.

Four, they have families, kids, friends and problems.

Five, because the fans or the public is always scrutinizing everything they do, they've a strong sense of self.

Six, as a result, they're always thinking about what they can do to better themselves and along the way, enjoy the journey.

Think about it.

If they're like us and can transform their figures from average to amazing shapes, why can't we?

Good question, huh?

Ooooooh!.......

It's all to do with attitude and motivation.

Yeah, celebs would have positive attitude and tons of motivation because they've a calling in their life - to look good and healthy.

Sure.

But aren't we at least have this calling in life too - to be healthy?

The point I'm trying to drive home is that celeb fitness and health are nothing more than what all of us can do - exercise, eat healthy and keep fit.

There's no special exercise program, magic formula, potion, diet or nutrition for them.

Oh well, may be the special privilege they've - they can afford to hire top-class trainer to coach them. That, is the only difference I can see. Or they go under the "knife" to nib here and tuck there......

Granted that, they still have to work out hard and follow strictly a concocted nutrition program, to achieve the desired body shape!

Top-class trainers won't bring them beautiful bodies if celebs don't do the exercise and eat right!

By the way, you don't have to pay heaps to get a celeb type body and look glam.

Just "steal" some of their work-well "secrets" and apply them.

In no time, you could be turning heads just like J.Lo.; Jennifer Aniston; Julia Roberts; Jessica Simpson......

Using the celeb fitness and health "magic".

Let's see how you can Apply Celeb Fitness and Health, to up your Glam Quotient, from Not-So-Chic to Ultra-Sleek.......

If you yearn for a six-pack abs and a slimmer waistline

Take all the tests available first before starting an exercise (cardio) program.

These include measuring your percentage of body fat , hydration levels, heart rate and body measurements.

3 months down the road, you measure and test again - you would see an improvement.

Get off with a sound cardio program, 4-5 times per week, for at least 30 minutes per session, to burn calories and the fat layer.

Work out at your cardio zone or target heart rate zone for 30 minutes.

Breathe properly when you exercise. It helps you burn more fat as you're able to exercise longer. Try breathe in every 4 steps you take, then breathe out for 4.

Do interval training - bursts of intense activity followed by gentler pace exercise - this way you'll burn more calories.

Try this interval training - run for 15 seconds as hard as you can and then walk slowly for 45 seconds with 6 to 8 reps, or if you're a more advanced exerciser , 10 to 12 reps.

This results in a high-intensity workout, which unlike basic jogging, increases your resting metabolic rate, so you burn off calories even while resting.

Then work on different areas of your abs muscles daily, for 10-15 minutes per session.

I recommend these abs exercises :

  • Bicycle maneuver
  • Captain's chair
  • Crunch on exercise ball

If you yearn for those fabulous arms your favorite celebs bare when they’re strutting down the red carpet

Hey! No big secret!

Just do the old faithful triceps exercises !

Do you notice? Most celebs have superb posture?

To attain this, I recommend exercises that simulate pulling your shoulders back, such as:

  • Reverse arm circles
  • Backstroke with dumbbells
  • 45-degree lat pull-downs
  • Lie on the floor, knees bent, feet flat, raise your arms above your head with dumbbells.

Or you can do these great shoulder exercises .

Want to have killer legs and thighs like Cameron Diaz's or Madonna's?

Here, try these leg and thigh routines:

For the quads

For the hamstrings

For the calf

For inner thighs

For outer thighs

Besides these workouts, celebs also make the most of their stretches, to increase flexibility in their muscles and joints and agility in their movements.

You do the stretches - they're just as important for you, celeb or no celeb.....

Hee....Hee....Hee.......

Right, now we come to Celeb Fitness and Health, well, the Health (Eating) Part........

Follow these golden rules of healthy eating, concocted by celebs' nutritionists, which could work wonders for your health and weight too:

  • Breakfast is your most important meal. Treat it as your biggest meal as your metabolic rate is at its fastest in the morning so you burn more calories
  • Increase your intake of Omega 3 oils, such as cod liver oil or evening primrose oil - these fats "link" with fat in your body and digest it
  • Avoid eating wheat to help reduce your body fat, cellulite, bloating and fat retention. Your digestive systems doesn't break it down well and you can be sensitive to it
  • Drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day to improve the efficiency of your body. When your body is working at the peak and functioning efficiently it'll break down fat. Dehydration is also related to a build-up of toxins thought to be the cause of cellulite
  • Cut back on processed foods in your diet. They're generally higher in salt, additives and preservatives.

Replace these with "real food" - fresh fish, chicken, vegetables and salads. Cut down on red meat but don't remove it totally from your diet unless of course, you want to

  • Don't eat too many types of carbohydrate in one meal. You can and should eat potatoes but don't eat too many of them at the same time as bread, pasta and rice. Your body doesn't have a chance to use the carbs and the surplus turns into fat
  • Eat some form of protein within 30 minutes of working out with weights. During weight-training you break down muscle, by making microscopic tears in the tissue. Then the muscle rebuilds itself bigger and stronger. Protein helps in this process
  • Avoid big meals full of starchy carbohydrates at night. Your body works at 60% of its normal rate when you sleep and you don't burn as many calories while sleeping
  • Eat fruit instead of drinking fruit juice as you can take in too much sugar drinking. You won't if you eat a piece of fruit
  • Try to eat some protein in every meal as a chemical process stops the carbohydrates you consume turning to sugar and being laid down as fat
  • Eat little and often every 3.5 to 4 hours. This will keep the rate your body burns calories high and your blood sugar level stable

Ho....Ho....Ho....Welcome to "celeb fitness and health" eating style.

You see, they still need to eat healthy to keep their fantastic bodies......

There's no Magic Formula for Celebs!

Whoa! Aren't we great?

We've "tried to" follow celeb fitness and health, which to me, are just stuff you and I can do every day!

But one thing I want to hammer on is this - we could stand to benefit by copying (or following?) celebs' attitudes about working out and eating right........

They're positive and work real hard to achieve their results.

We, no different from them (except maybe no piles and piles of money to hire trainers), should ditto that kind of positiveness, for our health, at least.........

Oh, have I pulled down the "cloaks" over celeb fitness and health and demystified them?
