Exercise For Fit Body

My problem is that I only look healthy but actually I am not. I eat good food (sp.home made) including veggies, fruits etc.(avoiding junk foods).
I'm 5'6" and 58 kg. I went through many websites saying the same thing about the daily diet plan which I'm already following. Even then I'm not happy with my health.
Suggest me some good yoga to have fit and healthy body (not swollen body), so that I can start my day happily not being tired.
My Answer
To have a healthy body, you need to do both - eat right and do exercise.
As you've been eating the right kind of food, I won't go into it here.
I would touch on the exercise part.
Yoga is fine. You asked for good Yoga exercise to do; I'm afraid I can't help you since I don't do Yoga......
But besides Yoga, I really think you should also throw in a routine of cardio exercise which strengthens your heart and lungs.
Cardio exercise is basically any exercise that:
1. Works on your heart by revving it up, hence keeping it strong and fit so that it can pump blood more efficiently. In this way, you would have lower risk of heart disease and stroke.
2. Increases your lung capacity, hence you can have larger oxygen intake into your blood cells and your body, which is good for your health.
3. Speeds up your metabolism, so you've higher metabolic rate to burn off excess fat from your entire body, to lose weight (if you want to lose weight....)
Besides these 3 major benefits, cardio exercise also helps you to build stronger bones; lower your blood cholesterol; reduce high blood pressure; erase fatigue, improve blood circulation; clear toxins and wastes from your body and....lots more.
All the above would help you to build up a stronger body with fortified immune system that can put up better defence and protection against sickness and diseases.
I would like you to go to this page on cardio exercises and see what exercise you can do.
Pick one or two you enjoy doing and start.
Or you may have your own preferred exercise(s)? As long as they yield the 3 major benefits I mentioned above, you would do OK.
I hope to get your report soon telling me how healthy and fit you've become.....
