No Right Or Wrong Way Exercise Without Equipment Or With Equipment......
The Difference is that Exercise Without Equipment Offers me an Inexpensive way to Exercise I also get as effective an exercise as ever! Picture this - when you're vacationing, oh, ah....you don't exercise. Reason - there's no gym (therefore no exercise equipment) there for you to exercise! Obviously you're the type who relies on gym to provide the equipment to exercise and you can't exercise if there's no gym! Perhaps you want to start an exercise program at home but you're bothered because you've no extra money to set up a home gym equipped with the most modern exercise equipment, for you to exercise in peace and effectively? Or you think you need to sign up a stylish gym membership because then you can access to all the gym equipment, to do wonderful workout? Hey, wrong, wrong, wrong!..... I've been saying this and firmly believe it - you get a good, effective workout, exercise with no equipment or with equipment. Exercise with equipment, I enhance my exercise workout. Exercise without it, I still get an effective workout, no less! You should consider the big picture - do you exercise ? That should be the all important action for you to take! Not the trappings like whether you exercise with equipment or without equipment! If there's no exercise equipment around.......Or no gym around....Don't let this freeze you into a "no exercise" zone..... Come on, there are tons of ways to get round this. And you don't need to go to gym either.

In a nutshell, you can exercise with no equipment for these exercises.Cardio Exercise Without Equipment You'd say: "Are you serious?" I don't blame you. What you've come across is this - most cardios are done with equipment, expensive one at that - treadmill running or walking , stair climbing using stair climber, rowing exercise using rowing machine, cycling using stationary bike..... Quite true. But have you considered outdoor walking , outdoor cycling, swimming, dancing, hiking, outdoor running or jogging? You can do these exercises without equipment. OK, maybe the minimum you need is a pair of walking or running shoes, a no-frill, inexpensive bike and swimming trunk. Outdoor walking, running, jogging or cycling are effective, powerful cardio workouts that elevate your heart rate and expand your lung capacity for more oxygen intake. They're known to be the best cardios to improve your cardio-respiratory (heart and lung) fitness! No equipment is involved. Just as effective and powerful. Believe me. Give them a try. You'll love them. Your heart and lungs will thank you for doing these exercises!

Try Strength Training Exercise Without Equipment Again, you're perplexed. Aren't all strength training exercises done with equipment? I bet you're thinking about dumbbells, resistance band, barbells...... But these are basic, no frill, inexpensive items you can afford anytime. If you really really don't want to spend money, improvise a bit! Use canned food tins, water bottles as weights or rubber band to provide resistance. Maybe you don't know yet there's a smarter way to do strength training without weight?

Toning Exercise Without Equipment You'll have noticed that almost all the toning exercises featured in this site are done without equipment. Oh well, maybe the basic - shoes, dumbbells, resistance band, step.... I've the most satisfying workout I can sing song of..... Who knows, you too may have benefited from the exercises?
