Home Toning Exercise To Lose Weight

by Tracy M. Price
(London, UK)

I'm currently on Weight Watchers' program and want to go from 11 stones to 9.0 stones.

I'm already walking 3 times per week and am thinking of taking up swimming as well.

I would like a "curve" style workout.

At home, I've a stepper, exercise bike and a gym ball.....

Thanks.

My Answer

Use the stepper, exercise bike or go swimming. These are all cardio exercises.

These exercises will not only exercise your heart to keep it strong & healthy, they also speed up your metabolism so you've higher metabolic rate to burn off excess fat from your entire body, to help you lose weight.

Then, throw in this curve style routine that sculpts, tones, strengthens and firms up all your major muscle groups all at one go, in 1 exercise session, to give you a shapelier body and a total body makeover.

As for the gym ball, use it to engage extra muscles, some of which you may have never used before.

For your info, the gym ball also:

1. Helps to spice up your home toning routine by adding new dimensions and challenges.

2. Makes you develop fresh and better skills such as balancing, coordination, concentration and agility.

3. Corrects and improves your exercise quality.
