How To Get Smaller Breast

by Loli
(Macedonia)

I like my breast to get smaller.

My Answer

First, in general, the size of your breast is genetically determined.

Second, since it's genetically determined, I'm afraid there's no known way to reduce its size unless you undergo surgery to do it.

Third, if I'm not wrong, yours could be a case of excess fat that's stored there in your breast, hence making it "large and heavy" and perhaps "sagging" too?

If that's the case, exercise could help to a certain extent. But if you combine it with a healthy, weight loss diet, it would offer a far better option to solve your problem.

I suggest you do cardio exercise (exercise like running, swimming, dancing, biking, jogging, walking.....) 4-5 times per week for at least 30 minutes per session, to help speed up your metabolism and cause you to burn off excess fat from your entire body (which would include excess fat in your breast too....), to lose the excess weight.

Then, throw in this breast firming exercise routine that helps strengthen and build lean muscle mass in your chest, which in turn lends good, strong support to your breast, making it perk up and "hold up" in a strengthened stance, so that it won't sag easily.

The stronger chest muscles that give good support to your breast also give an impression that you've "shapelier" breast - an extra bonus, no less!
