How to Lose Weight

I am 18 years old, 60 kg and 157.5 cm. I have a lot of fat on my thighs, hips and butts. What can I do to get super slim in the least amount of time?
My Answer
I would like to say that there is no "short cut" way to lose weight. It takes time for your body to adjust and get acclimatized to the changes you impose on it - exercise and a healthy diet. It takes at least 6-8 weeks for your body to get into the new shape, if you consistently exercise and eat healthy, that is.
That settled, I would now recommend that you follow this exercise regime to help you lose the extra fat on your thighs, hips and butts.
1. Cardio at least 4-5 times per week for at least 45 minutes per session.
Cardio exercises like running, walking, swimming, biking, rope jumping are the most powerful and most direct ways to hike up your metabolism to higher levels, making you better able to burn off all the excess fat from your entire body (that naturally includes the excess fat in your thighs, hips and butts......), to lose the weight.
2. Strength-train your thighs, hips and butts with exercises that help strengthen and build beautiful lean muscle mass into these 3 areas.
The more lean muscle mass you've, the more calories you'll burn as lean muscle mass elevates your basal metabolic rate (BMR), which essentially is the chunk of calories (about 70%)you burn in a day carrying out normal activities and while you're resting.

Workout these 3 routines 3-4 times per week for 15-20 minutes per session.
And eating a well-balanced, healthy nutritious diet is a must too, to combat the excess fat in these 3 areas.
