How to Make my Hips and Legs More Curvy

by Suzee
(Nepal)

My legs are thin which make me look weird. I would like to make them look more firm and good to look at. Also my hips are really small which give me problem while dressing. I would love to look more "curvaceous" and would love it if I can have larger hips.

My Answer

I want to say that for "curvy" body shape, you need to be endowed with it first.

Basically, we ladies have 3 types of body shapes:

1. Ectomorph = curvy

2. Endomorph = slim, skinny

3. Mesomorph = muscular, rectangular

I don't know which body shape your body falls under.

That said, I also believe exercise that strengthens and helps build beautiful lean muscle mass into your legs and hips, making them stronger and giving them tighter and sleeker shapes and forms, would help to fill you out in these 2 muscle areas.

Try this leg routine which targets your hamstrings, quads and calves, sculpting you better-looking legs.

Remember to workout all 3 areas of your legs - hamstrings, quads and calves so that you cultivate slender, beautiful legs, whole length of it.

For your hips, try this hip routine which helps build stronger hip muscles that give firmer stance.
