Is it Possible to Trim Down Body Size in 2-3 Weeks?

by Eden
(London)

I've got love handles, breasts that have gone from B cups to DD cups and a pot belly. As crazy as it may sound, I've been walking from Central London (Oxford Circus) to North-West London (Willesden Green) 5 days a week once a day for the past 2 weeks (I tried finding out how many miles that is but I couldn't).

I'm going to start walking the distance twice a day. I have a lot of motivation which is why I walk the miles every day because I need change as soon as possible. I would go to the gym but due to my low blood pressure after about 20 minutes on the treadmill I feel like I'm about to faint.

I have seen improvements but I would like to ask you if I can change my body shape (lose my love handles, from my current D to B cups and a flatter stomach) in the next 2/3 weeks?

My Answer

First, I would like to touch on the body shape, whether it's ecto, meso or endo (please refer to my guide on types of the body shape).

Basically, toning exercise (or strength training exercise) can help to build more lean mucle mass and redistribute the fat in your body, so that you look leaner and "longer" and "slimmer" due to the compactness of the lean muscle mass.

That said, I want to say that you'll still get to maintain your in-born body shape but in a sexier, curvier and firmer form......Smile.

Walking from Central London to North-West London once a day is a lot of walking! I know, I stayed in London before (during my student days).

I would think if you manage to walk this distance once a day for 5 times a week, it's more than sufficient exercise load for the prupose of losing weight.

However, if you can, I would encourage you to walk at a fast speed, to max out the number of calories burned during your walking session.

Speed walking or race walk (walk as if you're in a race) is a high intensity cardio exercise that hikes up your meatbolism to higher level, making you that much easier to torch off more calories, melting away the excess fat from your entire body, to lose the fat and the weight.

That's for overall fat burning.

For your love handles, large tummy and breast size (large breasts could be due to the excess fat in them), I suggest you follow these strength-training routines:

1. Workout your tummy following these 2 proven effective exercises:

(a) Bicycle Maneuver

(b) Crunch on Exercise Ball

You can find the instructions on how to do these 2 exercises here.

Trust me, if you workout consistently, they are far, far better than the crunches and the sit ups.

2. Firm up your breasts by working out the pectoral muscle which basically would provide a stronger support to your breasts, making them "stand up" and perk up; also providing an appearance of beautiful "cleavage" within your breasts.

This is possible since you would be melting away lots of fat from your breasts through your walking routine and the stronger pectoral muscle comes in nicely to create a pleasing firmness to your breasts.

I've got the instructions on how to do the exercises here.

Exercise alone will not cut it. You should eat a more healthy diet too. I suggest you cut down on your fat intake in your daily diet.

If you can do this one thing, you'd won half the battle against the bulge in your tummy. This is because most of the time, the bulges in the tummy and the lovehandles are the result of the kind of diet you eat - which is mostly fatty stuff.

You might want to initiate your reduction of fat intake using this smart, healthy way to eat fat.

It's possible to trim down your body size not in 2-3 weeks, mind you, but in about 8 weeks.

Don't go for punishing exercise routines (in your case, you want to walk that kind of distance twice a day....) which would not only cause your body to "rebel" hence break down; it also could cause loss of precious lean muscle mass which you painstakingly try to build up, which a loss of it would make you harder to burn off calories due to the fact that lean muscle mass burns off fat 3 times faster.
