Ooophs....
Forgotten already ?
Here, let me refresh your memory:

The Good Hygiene
Based on my own experience, you'll do really good stretches for your shoulder when you don't stretch it when it's cold.
Stretch it right after your shoulder toning routine, when your shoulder muscles are still warm from the exercise.
And execute your stretches gently and slowly, without pushing too hard on your muscles.
Also remember, don't jerk or pull your shoulders when stretching as this signals you've either overstretched or wrongly stretched them, which may lead to injury.
When you've stretched right
You'll feel a gentle resistance and a sweet, soft sensation in your shoulder.
When you've stretched too hard
You breath fast and quick; or worse, you hold your breath.
Hey, ease off, relax, go slow and gentle with your stretches.

Now, let's do some Wonderful Stretches for your Shoulders

Repeat with your right arm.

Slowly pull your shoulder blades together and if you can, raise your arms up towards the ceiling.
