To Lose Weight Without Exercise Is Possible But Are You Happy?



There's no easy way out

May be you've been sold so much to the idea: "to lose weight without exercise" that you most probably believe that stuff like weight loss pills and formulas will work for you.....

Or you resort to losing weight by "dieting" alone and the minute you stop "dieting", your pounds are right back on you!

Losing weight without doing exercise and without having to keep watch on what you eat, I bet you've been dreaming about this.....

I have!....Hee....Hee....Hee....

You know, just pop a pill, watch TV and eat as much as you want, and miracles of miracles - the stubborn pounds just fall off......

Hey, wake up from your pipe dream!

The Balanced Approach is to Exercise and Eat a Healthy Diet

To lose weight without exercise, hmmmm...yeah...it's not impossible.

I did it before by battling on just one part of the weight loss equation i.e. on the food equation part.

Meaning I eat a healthy weight loss diet alone.

Ah......Sigh.....

I'd to be contented with results like:

  • It's harder to lose weight this way
  • It's also tougher to keep off my excess weight
  • The excess weight was coming right back on once I stopped eating sensibly
  • My skin looked droopy, sagging or even wrinkling because it lacked exercising and toning
  • This will scare you - I absolutely looked horrible - haggard due to the loosened skin !

Ah.....Sigh again....

Not the best kind of solution, huh?

I always believe, to lose weight, you've to eat sensibly and you've got to exercise.

Doing one and not the other will always frustrate your results.

The Practical Part of Exercise and Healthy Diet Combo

Let's look at what happens if I don't just bent on to lose weight without exercise but combine the 2 together:

  • Exercise cranks up my metabolism, so I burn fat and hence easier for me to lose weight
  • If I strength-train , Ibuild and maintain muscle mass.

    Muscle mass is metabolically active, so it helps me to burn body fat. The more muscle mass I've, the more body fat I burn

  • I eat a healthy diet that's banged on lower calories and coupled with exercise, it's easier for me to burn off any excess fat calories
  • Exercise helps me to maintain body weight and to keep off excess weight permanently
  • My skin's tightened and toned due to the exercise I do
  • It's much easier to lose weight this way

Aren't all these sound more logical and more attractive?

So don't dream anymore to lose weight without exercise!

Because exercise makes all the difference in your effort to lose weight.

Even most weight loss programs recommend you to exercise, besides their all important "diets" programs.

Yes, it's possible to lose weight without exercise. There're many who just "diet" and have lost weight without doing much exercise.

I've said earlier - you've to brace the fact that once you stop "dieting", the pound will sneak right back up and you've ahard time keeping off excess weight permanently.

The hard reality is that to lose weight, there's no short cut.

Do both together - exercise and eat sensibly.

You'll be a much happier person! Smile....

About Green Tea

Don't fall prey to scams like weight loss membership websites and weight loss pills and formulas, to lose weight.

They aren't worth your breath and effort. Like I said - they're just scams, out to con you and grab your hard-earned money......

If you really really want just to lose weight without exercise, then I suppose you could try to take green tea to help you.

Researchers say that green tea can give you a "slight" advantage in the battle to lose weight, helping you to lose about 1 to 2 pounds a month.......

Let's examine this a bit.

The researchers claim that that's because green tea increases your metabolism and stimulates your body's ability to burn fat.

This is due to an interaction between caffeine and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), a plant chemical in green tea, that triggers your production of the metabolism-boosting, appetite-suppressing hormone called "noradrenaline".

A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition revealed that when 10 healthy men were given a green tea supplement (that contained 90 mg of EGCG and 50 mg of caffeine), 50 mg of caffeine and a placebo and were on normal diet and did not exercise, only those who took the green tea supplement experienced a significant increase in calorie-burning ability.

Green Tea is Safe but do you really want to Depend on it to Lose Weight?

I don't know about you - I think to lose weight without exercise like this may not be a workable long term solution.

Because exercise can do so much for your body and for your health and the many benefits you'll be able to reap from it.....

Green tea and no exercise, sorry to say, can't give you all these....

Why not bang on the good old, tried and true combination method of exercise and healthy diet?

I bet it's a very good life long solution to your excess weight problem!
