What Are Some Ways To Exercise?

I'm a teenager and I want to be fit and slim. I currently work out my abs regularly and I feel the effect so I think it's working.

I'm going to start walking, because I hear that it's a better exercise than jogging.

Is this true?

Please recommend some other ways to exercise that are not too intense, that can give me abs and keep me fit.

My Answer

Yes, walking is good but jogging is just as good.

You see, both are cardio exercises that work on your heart by revving it up so you keep it strong & fit which helps to lower your risk of heart disease & stroke.

They also speed up your metabolism so you've higher metabolic rate to burn off excess fat from your entire body, to lose weight.

Thing is - do exercise you enjoy doing. Then you won't feel dread about it. Since you enjoy it, you'll stay put long in the program to benefit from it and to see results.

Besides cardio, to help shape and form your body physique (including giving shape to your abs), strength train using weights like dumbbells or your own body weight.

It builds up your lean muscle mass that gives your body a tight and compact shape.
