Will the cellulite go away?

I am 19. I used to weigh 178 lbs around 4 years and lost all of it through diet and exercise and now I am down to 110lbs. But the cellulite has not gone or reduced at all. It's like even if I am so thin, I cannot wear shorts and tight-clothes and bikini is an impossible dream. It is that bad. I have on my thighs and butt and it makes me look horrible when naked. I have tried a lot of exercises for the thighs. Squats, kick-boxing, different thigh exercises. It doesn't even reduce.
What should I do about them? Liposuction is the only choice?
PS: I follow a healthy diet and drink lots of water.
My Answer
The first thing I want to clarify is this - exercise can only reduce the appearance of cellulite to a certain extent. It will not completely banish the cellulite especially when you already have it in the first place.
So, don't put your hope high on exercise to do the job.
However, exercise is a very good preventive measure against cellulite if you haven't got it yet.
Since you're also eating a healthy diet, it helps as it will lower the formation of fat pockets (that's what basically cellulite is) in your body.
Could I venture to guess that you have gone for one of those quick fix weight loss "diet" program (where you lose lots of weight in just a short time),without doing exercise?
If that's so, then it could aggravate the cellulite situation as your skin becomes loose and stretchy, making it's appearance even more "uneven".
What I can suggest is this - incorporate cardio exercise into your current exercise program. Cardio exercise is the most powerful and the most direct way to hike up your metabolism to higher levels, helping you that much easier to burn off excess fat from your entire body, to lose the fat.
Then, eat a well-balanced healthy nutritious diet that promotes weight loss (which I believe you're currently doing now),which at the same time also provides you with enough calories to sustain good health in your body.
This combination of cardio exercise & strength training + healthy diet is a healthy way of combating the formation of cellulite. Remember what I say earlier? That exercise is good in preventing formation of cellulite.
I've a guide on exercise & cellulite on my site, which you might want to have a look at.
Besides, I believe you can also try some good quality cellulite cream to help smooth out the appearance of cellulite. I don't know whether such cream is available but you can always check at your local pharmacy store.
Liposuction will not cut it. Honestly, it's only a cosmetic surgery that's done to remove fat, to improve your body silhouette, nothing more than that.
